74th EAGE Conference & Exhibition

EAGE's 74th Conference & Exhibition incorporating SPE EUROPEC 2012 will be held at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is the largest and most comprehensive geoscience event in the world. The five-day program consists of a large conference and a technical exhibition. Over 6,000 visitors from around 100 countries will attend the event for the latest developments in geophysics, geology and reservoir/petroleum engineering. Approximately 330 exhibitors are expected.
The theme of the 2012 conference is “Responsibly Securing Natural Resources”. A key challenge for energy companies is to develop strategies to enhance business performance, while being environmentally and socially committed to achieve the highest standards of responsible performance.

2012 Ter@tec Forum theme: Design by simulation

Ter@tec brings together top international experts in high performance numerical design and simulation, making it the major event in France and in Europe in this field. It reaffirms the strategic importance of these technologies for developing industrial competitiveness and innovation capacity.
In 2011 the Ter@tec Forum welcomed more than 800 attendees, highlighting the economic and scientific HPC momentum for key industries and services in Europe. After the remarkable success of the previous editions, ISC Cloud’12 will be held again in Mannheim, from September 24 to 25, with an even more profound focus on the use of Clouds for High Performance Computing (HPC).
